Our Mission
At Long Creek Haven Care Home, our goal is to be one of the unique outstanding facilities of its kind in Northern California. Our primary purpose of our program is to provide the utmost level of individual care, safety, and comfort for our residents. We are driven to make our residents feel at home and protected in a safe environment, where their needs are met or exceeded. We promote an encourage home like spirit atmosphere where they can feel free to mingle and develop lasting friendships. We are committed in preserving the dignity of each invididual with respect in meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs.
Our residents are encourages to maintain a lifestyle that supports their self-esteem and sense of well being. All staff work to encourage a resident's desire to participate and engage in activities, and to look forward to each new day. We seek to simulate physical and mental capabilities, working to reorganize the unique ways required for each resident to thrive in their environment. To this end, our care team works with residents to find common group interests as well as individual interests and desires. Residents are provided with a variety of interesting and generally challenging activities to fulfill both mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
Lita D. Salva, Administrator

Lita D. Salva is the Administrator of the Long Creek Haven Care Home. She has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field, with a focus on senior care. She is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care and ensuring that each resident feels at home. She graduated from Northern Luzon Adventist College in the Philippines with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Lita is a licensed CNA in the state of California and has worked in various nursing homes. Her passion for helping others led her to open Long Creek Haven Care Home, where she can provide personalized care in a home-like environment.
